Microblading is a method of permanent makeup, also known as 3D brows, and it is a generally new method for enhancing eyebrows. While considered permanent makeup, microblading is more of a semi-permanent treatment, requiring touch-ups every 1-3 years, as opposed to a tattoo that is permanent. It is done using an extremely fine blade to embed pigment into the epidermis. The color is close to the surface of the skin, ensuring the strokes appear crisp and thin.
Rather than using a machine to distribute pigment into the skin, microblading manually places pigment into the skin. The microblading manual tool is packaged with sterile and pristine blades. The blade glides gently, using light pressure over the skin to cause fine cuts in the skin. These cuts are as fine as a paper cut, that can barely be distinguished from real hair. Microblading creates an individualized look to perfectly compliment your face and the goal you want to achieve. Microbladed eyebrows absolutely do not appear as a tattoo.
People who have alopecia, trigonometrical or other conditions that cause hair loss can greatly benefit from microblading, as well as people who simply are not happy with their current eyebrows.
Manual shading is a techniques used to complement and complete the results of microblading. It is done after the microblading strokes have been finished to add a subtle shade between them and enhance the look.
Like microblading, it is done manually, either using the microblading pen, or a special manual shading tool
Lip Blushing and Eyeliner both use the same method of shading technique to implant pigment into the skin. Results last anywhere between 2-4 years.
